Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources and Updates

Updated May 4, 2020 at 4 pm

Like people and organizations across Wisconsin, the Nicolet College community is doing its part to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Our first priority, of course, is safety. To that end we are closely following the terms of the Governor’s Safer at Home Orders which now extend to May 26, 2020. Both Orders and an FAQ page can be found here.

Our second priority is to continue delivering Nicolet programs and services to the extent possible. Although College facilities are closed to the public and face to face services are suspended, the Governor’s Order allows Nicolet College to remain open for instruction and related services in a virtual environment.

We are monitoring the situation daily and will continue monitoring the situation and will post updates on this page. In the meantime, we’ll do our best to answer all of your questions. Please refer to our frequently asked questions page, send us an email anytime or call 715.365.4493.

Businesses and their employees are feeling the impact of the pandemic too. We’re hearing from students who are suddenly out of work and without income because of closures and falling demand for certain goods and services. In response, the Nicolet College Foundation has established a Student Emergency Assistance fund to help them cover basic living expenses.

  • If you are in a position to help, I guarantee your gift couldn’t be more welcome or more impactful. Donations may be made online or by mail to: Nicolet College Foundation, P.O. Box 518, Rhinelander, WI 54501.
  • If you are a student in serious financial need, apply for help here or call 715.365.4493
