Learning never retires

Learning in Retirement is created for and directed by retired and semi-retired Northwoods residents. The program offers short-term learning experiences in a relaxed, informal, and friendly environment. This is learning for the sheer pleasure of it. There are no grades, no tests, and no required attendance.

Dear LIR Members,

Due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, all Nicolet College Learning in Retirement classes are suspended until further notice, effective Monday, March 16. Your health and safety must be our top priority at this challenging time.

We are using the term suspended rather than cancelled, as we hope to reschedule at least some of these classes during the Fall 2020 semester.

Separate email instructions will be promptly sent to the designated hosts for these suspended sessions, to help ensure that everyone with a need to know is informed.

Of course we will keep all of you informed of any new developments in the LIR program. In the meantime, please take good care of yourselves and each other.
